What do you have to offer to those of us who prefer PNGs?

The door.

So you can get out.

This site is on a budget and bytes are $. Besides, people are growing tired of the high quality images found all over the internet. JPEGs are coming back. We're banking on the millennial nostalgia factor.

Get off my lawn.

I have tried and just like in the other thread IGO says use ignore but he can't. He has a problem with people that know more about football than him.

You don't seem to realize he does know a lot more about football since he is right there physically with and watching the Panthers play and practice.

Thanks to those of you who mentioned me as a possible mod. Appreciate the vote of confidence, but time and Internet connection can both be big challenges for me.

With two colleagues on a leave of absence for a few months, my workload has picked up sharply.

So, for now I think it's best that I decline.

Someone that actually likes NFL football with no agendas. Every other post seems to be about race or politics. Anyone posting in the tinderbox should be out. Really don’t need that section on a football forum anyways. It’s toxicity leaks over into football content way to much. I’ve been around this forum a long time and it has never been as bad at it is now.

This is the cause of a certain few Tinderbox regulars that bring that crap over here and is unwanted here.

    • Yes message boards will always include that sort of stuff… However, this place has been a cess pool since the team took Bryce Young over CJ Stroud. It becomes a problem when it is accepted and promoted, which it has been here (even by at least one mod). Many posters sole purpose on this board is to try to dunk on others for having different opinions. We just had one write a novella on how talking about Bryce Young’s game winning drives “needs to stop”…after a win. They don’t want real conversation. It “needs to stop”. There are many posters here who literally only show up after losses to dead thread and try to dunk on others about the QB (MRenshaw is an easy example). I really don’t see much of that happening the other way around. There’s too many people that would rather the team be bad so they can feel justified for constant doom and gloom and negative opinions. It’s been pointed out by many over the past couple years. This just isn’t a place to have football discussions anymore because of the constant hyperbole. If you don’t subscribe to “Bryce Young is the worst QB ever who can’t throw the ball further than 5 yards and is the reason why we lose any game we lose and doesn’t help in any game we win”, then you are labeled a Bryce Young Stan.
    • if you believe he is watching every NFL game.....every week.....go right ahead.  I get it, he said something you like.  But that's like believing the talking heads on the ESPN shows are watching all the games.  You think Stephen A is watching the Panthers every Sunday too?  If Stephen A needs to go on First Take he certainly can pretend like he has watched every snap any player on the roster has taken lol.   No one is that isn't a Panther fan has been watching the 9-25 career go down every Sunday.  Or even a lot of Sunday's.  You know who knows more about Bryce Young than Long? The collective huddle.  What they are reviewing is stat sheets, highlights and in summaries.  It's an old formula lol.
