weather has been crazy here on the coast.  I've seen hurricanes pass by with less wind.  Yesterday was comfort food day, beef stew and mashed potatoes, and plenty left over.  But for the game, it will be pizza and beer.

Sounds good!!!  Couldn't make the game this weekend so family is going instead.  Weather really windy here too...plan on having some left over Sam Adams Octoberfest then grabbing some PHO after the game!

I have been brining Falcons for 28 hours, going to do a smoke on them and then a flash fry to get some nice crisp skins. 

28 hours brine, 3 hours smoke.
