Honestly sometimes football can pull the worst out in us I didn't mean you were garbage and had no idea you were a fan from another team, so best to ya, I'd rather leave it on a good note then a sour one.

I think he'll fit any scheme once he gets in the weight room and rocks up

I think he needs to add a few pounds but I like running a hybrid scheme and imo we are missing one piece and some depth to run the 34. Our lbs are fine, our interior lacks guys that can take on multiple olineman. We are fine at pass rushers on our interior...

I thought when Tepper kept Ron around that he’d give him another year to get the right pieces, which is the only problem with our 3-4. Interior line needs fixed, and we need quality depth.

thing is besides getting McCoy, who has been in 4-3 in Tampa, Ron didn't really do much for 3-4 DL. All the guys he kept either were unsuccessful or never played in the 3-4. And he only kept like 5 of them on the roster when you need at least 6.

Exactly and we were 2 injuries away from being abysmal and that's what happened. But in reality we need 2 guys that starting that can take on 2 olineman for the 34 to work. Poe in his prime would have been perfect and KK is better against the run then he should be cause he's a freak but we had a complete lack of depth. On passing downs the group we had was fine but we couldn't force anyone into a passing down.

    • You would hope so. I’m confused why the sports world seems split on Bryce when he’s obviously not working out.
    • So let’s do the reverse? Make everyone agree everything he does is a disaster? I also think the whole “gaslighting” is on the eye of the beholder. It went from he can’t avoid one single sack countered with he actually did that well Sunday (with data backing it) to a little breakdown of why he is so bad. People are going to have different opinions. I’m also not going to pretend this wasn’t happening Day one with this little QB.
    • All this great stuff he has done, how often does he do it?  I have it at three or four games out of 14 where he was very good and then you get a drive here or a series there where there are some good things. Here is the gaslight part: everyone has put him on a curve with his first year the baseline, neglecting to understand how bad he was then. Even if he comes back twice as good, where does that really leave him? 25th ranked or thereabouts.     He had so far to go, and still does, it is a Major ‘settle’ to accept his play as worthy of giving him our future.  You want to settle when the Bucs have Mayfield, and the Saints have overtaken us at QB? We will be third in the division at QB. That is good enough for y’all?
