I used to be a bigger fan of baseball than football until all the steroid stuff came out and I lost interest. It ruined my childhood memories. Especially meeting Mark McGwire, my favorite player when I was 7.

this is an even bigger scandal than that. I don’t think people at the top of mlb even know what to do.

Baseball is my sport. As a Yanks fan I despise the Stros. So as much of a black eye this gives MLB I can't help but love all of this.

The WFNZ MAC Attack show interviewed Jack McDowell who is now accusing Tony La Russa of sign stealing while coaching for the white Sox back in the late 70’s until the 80’s. Jack stated that La Russa installed cameras just to steal signs. MLB pretty much has two black eyes at this point, it is becoming a movement. I suspect other people and clubs will come forward soon, stay tuned...

Punishment against the patriots will be mild if there is any punishment at all. Unless the NFL can show that football operations used tapes or directed the film crews to do what they did. Which it sounds like thye will not.

What the Astros did is miles worse.

I think the truth, for better or worse, is that virtually all - if not all - organizations and players in the sporting world will do whatever they can to win, both within and outside the boundaries of "fair play". I know it's nice to believe in the integrity of competition, but the only truth to competition, especially at its highest levels, is the idea of "win at all costs".

Cheating and bending the rules to gain advantage has always been pervasive.
