There's someone who REALLY smells like the pick to me...

Just out of morbid curiosity, who is more likely to shank you in the parking lot?

South Carolina fans are terrible. Especially the ones who didn’t attend USC.  I have a friend who is a Clempson grad and his car was vandalized uptown and I would be willing to bet it was some shithead gamecock fan who saw his Clemson window decal.

Because addressing the OL in FA instead of with day one picks has worked out so well for us in the past and we have no real pressing need to protect a 30 year old qb attempting to return from serious multi year injury issues.

Ur are correct... they haven’t done well in FA.. Paradis and Kahlil complete busts.. not sure who the ol FA are this year haven’t looked yet..maybe with Rhule in the house we can improve on FA hires too!! With so many holes on both sides I just feel we go BPA which is going to be a defensive player..

In other news, I've said it before i'll said it again; I'm just not sure whether this guy is worth such a high draft pick. At least not from what I watched. He's more of a mid 1st rounder than high.

In '19's 1st half, he had the following: 18 tackles (9 solo), 5 sacks. However, in the 2nd half not so much: 17 tackles (6 solo), 1 sack. In comparison to '18, his stats, have somewhat decline (i.e. total & solo tackles, pass deflected). Only his sacks have increased. Oh, & his assisted tackles but those are rubbish.

However, I will give this to him; #3 Javon Kinlaw is a TANK. Here's a video of my man Zac Thomas running into his bulldozing body. Our guys did a fantastic job containing him, double teaming on him like he's Aaron freaking Donald. Got owned on this one though:

Fortunately we won 20 - 15. Wasn't easy, but still what a game.

Anyway, i'd rather take Auburn's DT Derrick Brown. More polished & a bit more talented than Kinlaw.

just saw this

Kinlaw has the potential to be a top-16 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and it isn't out of the question for him to crack the top 10. One issue that had the potential to hold him back was character concerns, as numerous team sources said there were reasons that fed into that. However, in speaking with staffers at multiple teams, they believe they can work with Kinlaw and the character concerns are not a prohibitive concern.

Sources from multiple teams say Kinlaw's character concerns aren't awful or anything that would have him in consideration for getting dropped from their boards. They feel he will need to be surrounded with a positive support and have a team that is willing to work with him. The general tone was that no team would be unwilling to work with Kinlaw because of the character concerns.
