New Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater's 6.1 average depth of throw was easily lowest in the NFL last season

Rhule didnt fire Ron after 2018

He sign a rookie coach to a ridiculous contract

The whole team gutted out

Keep Hurney around yet remove everybody else

And you sign Teddy for 60 million dollars

I have to admit and be honest... my fan-hood is dropping on this organization. I'm giving Rhule 2 seasons to show me anything promising

Saints didn’t want him, that’s all we need to know.

More like they didn't want to pay him premium backup QB money. They had him 1-year, $7 mil. Based on his performance, he was going to probably ask a multi-year deal worth at least $9-$10 per year. Saints didn't want to pay that for a guy to backup Brees. That's the trouble with having your star QB go down and the backup playing tremendously well. Same thing happened with the Patriots with Cassel and Jimmy G to a lesser extent than Cassel or Bridgewater.

I expect a QB that had some pretty convincing success on a New Orleans team with nearly identically the same time to throw that Kyle Allen has to perform pretty well in a system based on New Orlean's system.

That's the thing. Folks bashing Bridgewater as a system QB don't realize we will be running a similar system as New Orleans. If Bridgewater is as successful here as he was there we will score lots of points. Now whether we give them up or not is another story.

Looks like we are going to a ball control, quick passing, running attack. THAT is why CMC is not on the block.  Look at the personnel.

In this draft, we are going with a C and WR on offense--maybe a TE late.  We are going DT, LB, and CB on defense.

That is how is stands now.  We have to hit homers at DT and CB.  We really need WR and could add a developmental center.

The draft?  I see CB or DT in round 1; CB or DT in round 2; WR in round 3, C in round 4.

That is asking a lot--so if Cam is traded for a second rounder, we go WR in the second round.
