Some writers will be releasing their record predictions following the schedule release.  Prior way-to-early draft predictions having us averaging around 5th pick.

What is our record and who will be worse?

I got 5 wins with the Jags, Bengals, Dolphins and Ronskins worse or tied with us.  The Dolphins get 5 wins too, but will have a weaker SOS by seasons end and the higher pick.

I highly doubt the Panthers are picking top 5. Too much talent on offense and too much parity in the NFL. One or two of the “bad” teams that picked top 5 in 2020 will surprisingly be good (or at least, better than they were), and at some of the “good” teams will surprisingly be bad.

The Dolphins played well in the second half of 2019. I think they could surprise people and be around 8-8+ if Tua plays well. They added a ton of talent this offseason. Definitely don’t think they will be top 5 again.

Hot take - the Rams could be one of the worst teams next season. I think the sheen of Sean McVay has worn off and they haven’t had a first round pick since 2016!!! They lost key pieces on both sides of the ball this offseason and haven’t been replacing them with the same level of talent. Rams are done.

Pie for Ronskins.

I'm not sure it's the Rams, but at least one team takes a huge fall every year from a previously successful campaign.  I've seen one or two reports that suggests it may be the Texans.  That franchise has the feeling of an end of era Rivera or Fox lead ineptitude to it right now.  Deshaun can't carry that team alone and Watt is 'over-the-hill' on his production.

Texans are set up for an implosion. I think you are spot on.
