That organization failed a long time ago...they should have never given him the GM title in the 1st place.  When he immediately proved he was not cut out for it they should have corrected.  The result...the big mess they have now.

you really think the Giants/cowboys/football team will fire their 1st year coaches? no way Philly fires Doug Peterson, he is the only good coach in the division.
