I mean, Jonathan Brooks had 1 year of college production. No one cares about that. I just don't see the reason mattering. Not doing is not doing. XL had a dominant season out of the SEC on a meh offense where everyone knew he was the dude to get the ball. Mingo had several decent seasons. I'd take the dominant guy at the end over consistently okay. -
With an owner like Tepper, how cautious can the folks that work for him afford to be? What you're saying makes perfect sense and is the optimal way to manage the situation, but sorry to say, there is nothing perfect nor ideal about our situation. He will most likely be rushed and if even moderately successful, heavily burdened early and often. -
