I may be wrong but GB beat NO earlier in the season so they have the head to head.  I think they have locked up HFA.  But I do believe they are not coming into this game to lose.

We've seen where teams have done that and come out flat in the playoffs.  Brees is still shaking off the rust and will want to play next week.

I guess we'll find out in 6 days.

3 way tiebreaker doesn’t involve the head to head. GB either needs to win or needs 1 of Seattle or New Orleans to lose. If all 3 are 12-4, Aints get the bye.

Definitely going to be an interesting game. None of the top NFC teams will be resting starters since our game, the Packers-Bears game, and the Seahawks-49ers game were all flexed to a 3:25 CT start to prevent teams from sitting starters.

Was wondering how the NFL was going to handle that...

I think the Saints would play the Bears if things stay as they are.  If they drop and Seattle takes the #2 seed, they play the Rams.  I would rather face the Bears.  So its not just about the #1 seed.

Really? The Bears appear to be trending upward and the Rams are tending in the other direction.

The moaning on this board is getting fugging unbearable. Honestly. Is b*tching about the last game going to change the result somehow? It’s professional sports. You had nothing to do with what happened. You can’t control it.

Furthermore these are professional athletes. They didn’t get where they are by tanking anything. They don’t give a damn where we pick, they are playing to win because the are elite competitors.

Yes. I wanted us to lose out. I wanted a top 3 pick. Hell, I wanted Lawrence and had hoped we started Grier all year. But that didn’t happen. Neither you nor I controlled it. Crying for two straight days and making 15 threads to emphasize how pissed you are isn’t changing it. It’s just making you look tiresomely emotional about a football team. Surely there must be other things going on in your life?

Trust me, we all get it. We are all well aware of how angry you are that we won. You don’t have to keep telling us. We got it the last 50 times.
