If the Bills win the Super Bowl...

I think getting a QB, and benching him for a year is huge at this point. Tepper told us to be patient, and I believe he is correct. We need to be. However, winning that meaningless game was a setback regardless of the "winning culture" BS posters on here spout. I think it's always been BS. Players will play hard for a coach regardless, as long as he's not inept at his job.

Oh you're just mad at the winning culture line.

That was literally about Buffalo it wasn't a dig at us for winning and Rhule's quote, though literally every player in the NFL will tell you no one actually tanks. You can look at the jets for conformation on that.

It's in the past. This one win isn't determining our future. All the QBs aren't going 1-4. I'd be surprised if they go 1-3. They'll probably be 4 taken in the Top 10 and we're still there.

oh right i forgot you judge based on TDs uh.

Watson isn't the problem in Huston. The fact that they've looked as good as they've had with a worse defense that was 2013 levels of bad with his #1 option suspended and no running game, lame duck coach and the corpses of Cook and Cobb as his 1 and 2 speaks volumes.

Baker has the absolute best 1-2 punch at HB, one of the better possession guys in Landry and solid receiving options around him (I don't think the OBJ loss hurt that much as Baker is not a Deep Ball guy, OBJ's best strength, some other guys who aren't pure deep threats could step in and do most of what the OC wants his WRs to do.) and a capable defense. Baker is absolutely the guy in Cleveland, his struggles have always been overblown, but he's in a much, much better situation than Watson. I'd easily take Watson over him though. But I'd also take Baker over Kyler.

Anyway the culture and talent in Cleveland is much better than Huston.

Baker over Kyler? Yeesh. Really? Wow. I'm not saying that. Cleveland's defense has been hot ass the second part of the season. So, Baker has had to do a lot more, because their defense has been garbage. See Jets game on Sunday, when the defense couldn't step up and stop that ass of an offense to save their lives.

Going forward, I would take Kyler over Baker and Watson if I'm honest. Kyler has had to carry the Cards, because their defense is hot garbage, and I think he has to overcome Kliff being a poo coach as well. Watson while being good, can't carry a team and Kyle has had to do that this year with Zona's anemic running game.

Yeah, I don't see that happening. I think all the good-solid QB's will be taken above where the Panthers pick. If that happens, I'm gonna need the Huddle and the moronic posters to go ahead and come on here and take the L. Because they better get used to Teddy shittywater.

Happy for the Bills. They endured a lot of misery to get a Super Bowl win if it happens. I hope they get over the mountain and don’t have another miserable moment to add to their mountain of heartbreak.

The former Panthers on the team pale in comparison to what that fanbase has had to deal with. Coming so close to a championship 4 times in a row to then not making the playoffs for almost 20 years.

I think that has a lot more to do with the Jets offense getting healthy and gelling a bit more. Don't get me wrong Cleveland's defense is garbage outside of two, maybe three players, but the Jets offense has looked competent a few times this season. I don't think they win that game though if Cleveland, you know, has WRs.

I don't buy into Kyler, not because I disagree with you, because I definitely think Kliff is equally overrated and that defense smells like trash, but Kyler hasn't helped out the situation himself sometimes either. He misses the field sometimes and takes off when he doesn't need to, which in the short term sometimes helps their offense gain yards, but other times he's just missing the easy poo or plays that could be made. I think his height hurts him sometimes and while he is a playmaker, I don't think he's the next Russ like he's be crowned. I think he's a very solid QB and we'd definitely be better with him, but I'm still not as high on him as a lot of people are.

I'm also not really sure why BBS put that quote in another quote but i'm too lazy to fix it.

QBs going 1-2-3 is such an anomaly in the NFL, and it also disregards the other elite talents in this draft (this is a really strong top 5, possibly top 10 even if you take out the QBs, just sadly many of those players opted out and people forgot about them.) that other teams will be salivating over. The biggest threat between 3-8 is really Detroit. The falcons could look into it but I think they'd rather add talent and make a serious push next year.  Eagles are still a trade Partner as they could also use cheap contracts to help with their cap woes.

It's not all doom and gloom friend.

So, we just gonna ignore how they've taken a step this year? Winning culture or not, having an MVP candidate sure does help a lot. Huh?

Let's just ignore that for our narrative, because that's what's hot on the street.

all you have to do is look at Huston to see that building a winning franchise takes more than a superstar QB friend.

On top of that they just made the playoffs last year? Hell they made the playoffs with Tyrod. Josh Allen is a part of it but he's not *the* answer.

You make it sound like the only reason they are building a winning culture is because of Allen.  While he is a factor, he's not the only player on that squad .  You can also attribute Allen's rise to the addition of S. Diggs.

They took a step to become a damn good NFL because the QB is damn good. They were meh, and a borderline Playoff team without the QB play. Just saying.

Just hoping we lose on Sunday, so we can hopefully move up.

You think Hurts is good? I watched a lot of him at OU, and he's been better than I thought he would be.

I'm rooting for the Bills all the way for one major reason..............Jim Kelly.

A man of character and class...........whom has suffered through much tragedy in his personal life with his family and his health..........he is the QB who got to the SB 4 years in a row (think of how incredible that is on its own) but is only remembered for losing 4 years in a row............

I believe a SB win would put a smile on his face that life's struggle could never wipe off.........and he deserves it.
