His defense was supposed to be one of the biggest concerns with him going into the draft (along with shooting). I think he’s eased both those concerns quite handily. Future top 5-10 player in the league if you ask me.

That would be amazing for the franchise and the charlotte community in general.

      I was pissed when we traded up to  the #1 overall pick  I said on this forum right after we made that trade withe the Bears watch us turn right around & give the #1 overall pick back to the Bears next season because I already knew we would draft Bryce Young with that pick & he would be a bust & yes I was right & not just right but absolutely right   Bryce Young had all kinds of red flags coming out of colleg.simply put that was about the riskiest #1 overall pick for a Qb I have ever seen in my entire lifetime  & still right to this day years later until Bryce Young proves me wrong . ..just saying  good luck

      He wasn't and those people were wrong. Winning and putting up numbers at lower levels does not always translate to the NFL. There's no shortage of great HS players who didn't translate to college and great college players who didn't translate to the NFL. It looked very obvious to me on the college field that Bryce didn't have NFL level physical talent and that's what's playing out at the NFL level.
