At this point I am more concerned with talent evaluation (pro and college) than I am at managing the cap. Keep Suleiman in his current role to help with that and contract negotiations.

Rostering players like Tyreek Hill and Kareem Hunt off the top of my head with "red flags/off the field distractions" that kind of flew against the grain of domestic abuse when it was at its' peak. I feel like there was another player or two that escapes me, but just curious. 

Obviously, they've done a helluva job creating a young, dynamic roster that got them a ring, soooo......yeah.
