HEIGHT 6'3"
WEIGHT 245
Venn Diagaram IconVenn Diagaram Icon
SHADES OF:
JAYLON SMITH
Micah Parsons

2019 STATS
Based on 13 games played
  • Tackles
    109TKLS
  • Tackles For Loss
    14TFL
  • Sacks
    5SACKS
CAROLINA PANTHERS

The Panthers are frequently linked to quarterbacks at this spot but with Lawrence, Wilson, and Fields all off the board, they look to another position with this pick. Parsons makes for an early-impact choice, an überathletic playmaker who could team up with Shaq Thompson and 2020 rookie breakout Jeremy Chinn to patrol the second level of the Panthers defense.

I think Parsons will be a damned good football player, and may actually be BPA in this scenario.  BUT, Slater, Lance and Farley are all still on the board at 8. I'm picking either of them.

    • Can tell you guys don’t watch games outside of panthers . He’s a trash coach . Coty means nothing lol
    • im a big believer in strong  o lines in general and really strong  olines for not so strong  QBs and we have one if those not so strong  QBs, plus with one LT done for the year and another that is aging with knee issues, a versatile tackle, on a rookie contract for the second most important position on the team, is a good thing    from cat crave Dean Jones    “If Francis Mauigoa (Miami) made it this far down the pecking order, it would be a difficult proposition to turn down.   The Miami prospect might not have the prototypical length associated with premier offensive tackles, but you wouldn't know it. His pass protection is exceptional, which is matched by a strong base on running plays and enough athleticism to make a difference at the second level when opportunities arise. Mauigoa can play either tackle with ease. This makes him a short-term replacement for Ekwonu and a potential long-term successor to Moton. And if fans don't think this is possible in the first round, they haven't been paying close enough attention.”   Excerpt From “Carolina Panthers 7-round 2026 NFL mock draft: Pushing forward edition” Cat Crave https://apple.news/AYEo7NKteR6mIGHtthRnzZQ This material may be protected by copyright.
