At 39 Toney is no way the BPA.  Not a bad WR but you're implying he's top 50.

We have too many holes that need to be filled than WR and the BPA should fill one of those holes.

I've seen a few mocks with Jaelan Phillips dropping out of the first round. That'd be a sensational second round pick. 

I'd also really like Radunz or Samuel.

If we get Sewell or Slater at 8, then getting Grant at 39 would make me very happy. With the way I'm expecting our pass rush to be improved this season, having a ball hawk back their to make a QB pay for making a mistake because he's rushed would be nice. Sacks and turnovers by our defense will definitely help us win some games.

I want us to select the best corner back or safety that is available when we pick in the second round.

Often a player or two will fall from being an expected first round pick to the early second round. Here's hoping that's the case this year and we can luck up, cash in.
