Well, maybe this will help.

There were guys Tepper wanted for the GM job, including guys that nobody else was interviewing (seriously, Brandt Tillis?) and there were guys that Matt Rhule wanted for the GM job.

None of Tepper's guys even made it to the second round. Rhule won that debate.

I'd call that a reason for hope.

And here you were....almost talking me into hoping that Tepper had rounded a corner.

Man...black cat and all...we are snakebitten.

Is how I understand it

People are talking about how deep CB is---and it is.

How deep is CB1?   I count 2 or 3.  Full stop.  We need CB1 here, and Verge has stated it that way----accurately.

CB1 is probably Horn, Surtain, Newsome, and Farley. That's it.

We are also very high on Farley. Just a matter of where you take him with the injury.

He was my favorite coming in--guessing that he is the pick if we trade back with NE or WFT.  I don't really like Darrisaw as much the more I watch him, so I am hoping CB 1 in round 1

    • LOLOLOLOL For the record, Arch has since come out and said that he hasn't at all decided on what he'll do in regards to the 2026 draft and that his grandfather Arch has called to apologize for miscommunication to the press regarding the matter.
    • I don’t either, but I’m kinda locked in, you know.
    • That or Daniel Jones will remind everyone he is Daniel Jones the quarterback and at some point, you'll turn to anyone that's not Daniel Jones. More speculative based on what happened up to this point, but I feel AR may still be struggling on how to be the type of guy that the locker room wants to follow. Otherwise, it's simply that his accuracy remains poor and it's not looking like a Josh Allen situation where he was the rare exception of fixing that aspect in the pro level.
