Well, maybe this will help.

There were guys Tepper wanted for the GM job, including guys that nobody else was interviewing (seriously, Brandt Tillis?) and there were guys that Matt Rhule wanted for the GM job.

None of Tepper's guys even made it to the second round. Rhule won that debate.

I'd call that a reason for hope.

And here you were....almost talking me into hoping that Tepper had rounded a corner.

Man...black cat and all...we are snakebitten.

Is how I understand it

People are talking about how deep CB is---and it is.

How deep is CB1?   I count 2 or 3.  Full stop.  We need CB1 here, and Verge has stated it that way----accurately.

CB1 is probably Horn, Surtain, Newsome, and Farley. That's it.

We are also very high on Farley. Just a matter of where you take him with the injury.

He was my favorite coming in--guessing that he is the pick if we trade back with NE or WFT.  I don't really like Darrisaw as much the more I watch him, so I am hoping CB 1 in round 1

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
