Many QBs cant process plays in real time under pressure and make the correct reads.

Cam never could consistently.

Can Sam do it? The jury is still out.

Exactly. I got poo'd by an idiot because I pointed out that JT said that in the video.

Cam was the greatest QB ever in a Panthers uniform but that was his biggest knock, not throwing guys open, but waiting till they were and firing a laser to compensate. He was still a great QB. His cast of receivers were questionable after Smitty and until CMC and DJ so I can see why a QB would give a second look instead of just firing it in there with what he had to work with, especially since INTs no matter what go to the QB.

I'm a Sam Darnold fan now. When I say stuff I'm not hating. I'm hoping for his success over all others. I hope he's the truth.

I don't disagree, but there is a media storyline about Brady as the next big OC wunderkinder.  While he delivered a new an interesting look last year, did he fundamentally fix the offense?  Was he held back by TB?  Did he hold back TB?

Oh yeah, lots of questions, but I have a feeling that he will get snapped up by a desperate team.

McVay has created the push to find the next young offensive genius. It's an oversimplification of why McVay has been successful. Brady isn't Sean McVay. Most of these "young offensive geniuses" aren't.

I still think Shanahan is better then McVay...

Sean McVay has had stacked rosters. He's not really doing anything unexpected with the talent they have had.

Darnold has the arm, he just has to trust what he sees.  Those late throws you can see he hesitates just a split second.  While they were completions, if he rips it as he sees it, those are huge plays.  Instead he sees it, thinks about it, then throws it.

There were signs that his WRs were confused and I saw a few terrible routes.  I think that may explains some of that.

Prior to his arrival(his record with them is 43-21), their previous winning season was in 2003.

So.....you are just flat out wrong.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
