Just paste the tweet link in as plain text:

Joe Person on Twitter: "Panthers ST coordinator Chase Blackburn says they may bring in another kicker for next week’s minicamp, but Joey Slye has been kicking well." / Twitter

It doesn't work

And if I try embed:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Panthers ST coordinator Chase Blackburn says they may bring in another kicker for next week’s minicamp, but Joey Slye has been kicking well.</p>&mdash; Joe Person (@josephperson) <a href="https://twitter.com/josephperson/status/1402616257933942789?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 9, 2021</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Ok, there it is.  I have to copy from the original list not the address or embed.  Thanks!

How do you embed a tweet?

Hasn't it been said over and over they are continually evaluating and bringing in competition?

Teams usually have more than one kicker at camp if for no other reason than to spread out the workload.

Oh no..they will have to cut someone at the bottom of the roster and it will be so upsetting...may put the season in jeapardy.

    • IF this decision is even part of the reason why we lose out, fire Rod.
    • This would be a little ludicrous. The Bus looked so much more comfortable in between the pipes and was a huge reason as to why the Canes were able to fight back in Game 3. Had Freddie stayed in, the Canes lose that game 6-1 in regulation.
    • Back after email validation fiasco.  With all due respect, this is an awful take. Coming back from 4-0 to force OT is a huge feat and shows that these games can turn at any moment. That is much more promising than losing 4-0 or, let’s be real, 6 or 7-0 if Freddie had stayed in the game, and being completely demoralized.  Fighting back, regardless of the outcome, proves Carolina has the ability, and the desire, to be competitive and, as Game 2 shows, win these games. Not fighting back after being down 4-0 doesn’t show those things and is a worse way to lose.  There are so many in the board with a viewpoint that is the antithesis of Roosevelt’s Man in the Arena. This “It’s better to just get stomped than fight back from down 4-0 only to lose” is an extension of that.
