So far it seems that I am. Amusing quite a crowd already.

"Hey, look at how dumb this moron is" doesn't count as amusement.

Bemusement perhaps, as in wondering if the guy in question is just pathetically trolling for attention or genuinely this ignorant.

(neither answer is a good one)

Don’t feed them

I look at it kind of like a cat playing with a ball of yarn, but it's valid that the novelty does wear off.

Intelligent discussion is much more fun, but obviously you're not getting anything like that from a loser like that one.

Apparently this kid looked good.  Also the #1 rookie jersey over Lawrence, Wilson and Lance.   So I guess some people are hype.

Not trying to turn this into another of those threads, but I really hope Darnold and Horn play their asses off this season.

From what I’m gathering the Colts have had a terrible camp, wonder how that translates into our joint sessions.

Their defense is still really good which should give us a great read on our offense. Both of the teams we are having joint practices with have good defenses.

    • I mean, I alluded to it when we signed him. It might be different if he was old and washed up, but he's not. Sickness and suffering will never ever allow you to be your best. Eclipse that and if one has the talent and inclination to thrive, the sky's the limit.
    • Renfrow makes the team and becomes part of the rotation-- then he plays well.  Gets NFL comeback player of the year.  You all cheer.  When I say, "I called this in June."  You will say "Pic or it didn't happen."  I will say, "you all disgust me because you are too mired in mediocrity to see my brilliance."  You will give me a poo emoji because that is how you treat greatness.   OK, I'm back.
    • I did a little research. I think that it's hard to say that we're a traditionally "small-market" team anymore. Technicalities aside, our fan base is certainly not as popular as some others (lots of fans from different fan bases can probably argue that though), but the Panthers do have a solid and committed following if you look at things like home attendance and---fascinatingly---social media digital presence (e.g., back in 2023 there were three million followers of the Panthers on Twitter, ranking them #5). It's just hard to get exact, up-to-date numbers because much of the relevant information is not forthcoming, but suffice it to say that winning changes things, even if temporarily. Even if the fan base is smaller, it certainly seems to make a lot of noise. We just need to win. On an off note, Tet McMillan has fairly strong rookie jersey sales. Between him, Bryce and Legette, maybe the fan base will grow a little.
