It looks like he whiffed more than got pancaked. He was stretching out to make the block and the DB stopped and was changing direction and a push up from lower was enough to get him off his feet.

At least it sounds better than he got pancakes by a 200 lb DB.

He was off balanced but he still shouldn't get flattened at the point of impact by a CB who didn't even have a full head of steam.

Make no mistake, that was really bad.

I know it was bad. Just trying to put a little positive spin on it even though there was really none to be had

Rhule won’t make it very long in the NFL. It’s a big boys league. Some guys aren’t made to play or coach in the NFL.

Wait, that was Rhule who got pancaked?

Didnt know he played for the Chiefs last year.

    • As much as I would love to sit here and bash on Young.  I can't.   He is absolutely a part of this team winning.  He is the cool hand leading the offense along with the hammer, Rico.  He's making plays on 3rd and 4th downs, that are absolutely helping thus team win.  Is Bryce playing as well as we'd like? Nope. Although he had only 1 week off from a high ankle sprain.   No question he was 100% in the Greenbay game.  I'm not even sure where the team would find a clear upgrade over Byrce.  He is a leader.  In the 4th quarter, he has ice in his veins.  He is a part of why our team is enjoyable to watch again.  Without him, we wouldn't be winning.    Anyways.  Y'all enjoy yet another thread designed to tear down the man.
    • Great article on all the Lil Canes attending their debutantes ball. Walt with a great breakdown of all the rookies, as always, and I'm a huge fan of his team coverage, he is truly a treasure, but as a fan of mixed metaphors and superfluous language which some might ignorantly refer to as a "run-on sentence" I never really understood what that mean or where to put the comma after a quote in the middle of a sentence, but holy poo Walt, this is a gem, "While there's a long road left in front of them left to determine whether or not they'll have that same success on the blue line again, the beginning stretch of the journey has been thrown a wrench, and the story on defense has been the emergence of up-and-comers forced into becoming lineup regulars." , bravo, take a bow, sir!
    • How do I activate said Krispy Kreme deal? I'm stoned man you can't be playing with me about this...
