If you like really good food in really laid back environments with no pretense what so ever, go to Nigel's Good Food in North Charleston. You'll get the type of food you'd pay huge money for in a downtown "name" restaurant in stupid quantities for Applebee's prices. It's the only reason to ever go to North Charleston other than the airport.
