They worked him out last week. Bynes played for the bengals last year but started 16 games and had 100 total tackles. He’s 31. From what I could tell briefly skimming through Twitter bengals fans seemed to like him and didn’t resign with cincy(i wouldn’t either). 

I think he has a legitimate shot at making the roster if for no other reason than depth.

We have been spoilt with some top class linebackers , but that is long gone.

I think Perryman made Perryman expandable.

Already injured and being super vocal against vaccines gives him little to no leverage, and makes him a major pain.
