It's almost like Panthers management doesn't know what they're doing.

It’s the Seattle Super Bowl route. Get 3-4 elite secondary players and hope you hit on a cheaper QB. We just can’t seem to hit on the QB part!

This was always the MONSTER gamble of taking Darnold.  Either we look like geniuses or complete fools, no in between.  They should have drafted Fields anyway.

If Rhule had tied himself to Fields then he would have two free seasons to get it together. Rhule tied himself Sam who is already a proven loser and far from a rookie. Rhule is going to get Brady fired, and them himself.

On an off note, I just realized that Credit One is one of the reasons that my credit score is 700+. They took a chance. So I'm sorry for calling Navarro an M-F-er. Still preferred the Fanatics dude though. 

 

I wanted Michael Rubin (the Fanatics guy) too. I believe Joseph Tsai was attached with him. I think the NFL owners were wary of him bc he allegedly had Diddy in his ownership group and Diddy had already claimed that he would bring in Kaepernick if he became minority owner.

Trading for Sam backed us into a corner on draft night. No pun intended.

Make no mistake about it, if that trade is not made, Fields is a Panther.

Who ever is responsible for the Sam trade needs to go. Its going to set us back 2 years.

Meh, if Tepper owns up to his mistake in hiring Rhule and brings in new staff with a record of success in the NFL he'll buy my good will for at least a few more seasons.  If instead he decides to ride the Rhule bus off a cliff for another season or two I'll be forced to find more enjoyable things to do with my Sunday afternoons.
