the home boo birds is why Tepper made Rhule take on Cam.    The boos were just as loud and clear as the last time Rhule was at home.    So he changed the call.  And will have the worst super speed babble lie about it when called on it

Cam has to at least attempt a throw on that 4th down but the blame for this loss is on Rhule

As a coach you should know whether or not you’re gonna go for it on 4th down in that situation before you reach 4th down

This is still a mediocre team that has only beaten other mediocre teams, teams starting rookie QBs for the first time, and a team missing a lot of coaches and players. And it starts at the top. Tepper is another Richardson in that he care more about profit than winning. He made terrible choices by keeping Ron and Marty too long. He made another by letting Marty pick Rhule and talk him into that decision. Rhule was given too much control and is in over his head. Rhule has made bad choices in his coordinators and in player personal. So far Fitt seems to be a rubber stamp for whatever Rhule wants. It's all a mess.
