I am not laughing at the Saints. They almost made the playoffs with a third string QB and a bunch of injuries on the Oline. Plus all the Covid crap hitting that team.

I give them credit for having steel balls and not giving up. On the other hand, the team in the Carolinas is the fuggin laughing stock. We can't afford to be laughing at anyone.

Yeah can’t really laugh at the saints tbh. They were one game away from making the playoffs with some terrible luck at QB. They have a core to build around a legitimate coaching staff and front office that knows how to masterfully navigate the salary cap and draft well. If anything I’m jealous.

Their core is getting up there in age and I’m parroting what a saints fan told me. They are worried that the all in for Drew for the last 4 years did this team in for a rebuild soon.

Maybe so. I do know everyone here including myself has been expecting that to happen for the past ten years+.

Not really. That 2017 draft put them into contention after 7-9 for 3 years straight but they went from a offensive juggernaut to a defensive run team to a idk…the record masks the issue.

Hard to laugh at another franchise when this one is keeping Rhule another year. Also, had they made playoffs they could have fell about 5 spots in each round of the draft just to get slaughtered in round 1
