Absolute incompetence from jerome boger on (incorrect) whistle from his crew.  Can't tell defense they can't hit anybody after the whistle and then give the offense a td after that whistle.

He just hoped no one noticed.  He should have been fired years ago.

That whistle had no impact on that TD. The ball was basically on the receiver when it was blown.

WOW. Big time answer by the Raiders. In a half that it feels like the Bengals dominated, the scoreboard is going to look a lot closer. Raiders gotta be feeling decent heading to the lockers.

Jesus, Boger's crew is always terrible. First the inadvertant whistle. Now this post-play timeout allowed after a big gainer and what should've been roughing the passer. Clown show.
