I believe that teams can only be over once the year rolls over until the new league year officially begins, which is tomorrow at 4 PM. I do not believe a team can go negative on a trade. Thus, New Orleans will need $35M in space to acquire Watson, though they could lower their cap number again after acquiring him by restructuring or extending him.

If we go that route... Next years 4. The 49ers fumbled that so bad. Market is all but gone for him if the Colts don't want him (which appears to be they don't based on what's come out today)

Rather go Willis or LT and tank w/ Darnold for next years QB class

Not with him as QB. He is just bother Bridgewater. Literally going back to the same QB. If we get him we might as well of kept Bridgewater.
