Matt Corrall

All the people banging on Matt Corral have no idea to this day who Matt Rhule is. We knew he would do this to Corral, Corral didn't want to be redshirted and with the right coach Corral could start.

What about his college career says he's not starter material? Nothing. Football is football, your supposed learn something new all the time so all this has to do with is Rhules beliefs.

What Rhule believes can't win more than six games in this league. Not Corrals fault he's being redshirted and that decision was made we'll before he ever stepped on the field because our coach loves him some used underwear and half eaten ham sandwiches.

Corral is gonna be fine. Tools are there. He needs time.

People are spoiled by the QBs of the recent decade and forget that most of the QBs not that long ago weren't ready as rookies and even the ones that were needed a couple years to grow into the legends we know them to be today.

Corral may yet flop, but nobody should expect him to be starter material this year or even next.

I'm not seeing it. He's the worst of the rookie QBs I've watched. He has a quick release and decent mobility but everything else is... rough.

It’s mental, once the game slows down for him, look out. Quick release goes a long way in the NFL

Corral hasn’t got the reps..even so, having PJ and him compete for reps is simple stupid. Coral was drafted on potential that you can develop..PJ has already developed. Wasting rep on PJ hurts Corrals develop

Hear hear, pisses me off we wasted those valuable reps in camp. Corrall would have been further along

He's also the only one playing 4th fiddle and all that entails.

You obviously don't  know the history of many rookie QBs in real games, much less the preseason.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
