go to 22:09 and check out Baker calling out Corral for his big feet. He knew an injury was coming (joking). Seriously though Corral injured his foot in college too and does seem to have large feet for his size. I hope it’s not a reoccurring injury…

No other team this year has done that with their 2022-top-five-QB.

I’m pretty sure every QB that was drafted in the 2022 draft played with 3rd stringers except Willis bc he was pulled due to not running the offense correctly. I could

Be wrong here, but based on what I have observed this lines up.

In all but one or two possessions, he was the only drafted player on the field. As in, the other 10 guys were all UDFAs. He got the dregs that most camp arms get, as a third-round pick, to preserve PJ Walker. And then people expect him to be firing 35-yard strikes, to who? To the rejects who won't be on the team in a week and couldn't get separation from a fuging fencepost? With what time? Protected by Rhule's rejects like Tecklenburg, who's not even XFL-tier?

I re-watched the two dangerous throws he made last night. In both occasions, absolutely no one -- wide receiver or RB -- got an ounce of separation. Everyone was covered.

When he got hurt, New England rushed four. The C, RT and LT all missed their blocks or got blown up at the snap.

He had no time to throw most every snap of preseason and when he did, the UDFA receivers got no separation. So he was saddled with 1) dump it off every possession and get called Clausen, or 2) take a few chances and get the "didn't show anything in preseason games" label.

Don't forget Brown who just got knocked on his fat ass and ran over on the play at RG.

Corral was playing and practicing with fourth stringers. Show me another QB who got 3 to 5 reps per day in camp.

How about this… show me a team that released their snap/rep counts…. As @t96shared…. The snaps counts we thought Darnold and baker were splitting… weren’t even close.

And this is a complete lie..

Because Brown, May's and Daley were drafted..

    • I do believe that Evero gets canned before the end of the season and Capers takes over the D. I think the stage is set for Evero to fall on the sword for a 4-7 win season.  Not saying it would be a set up but I do think if that transpires, the seat under DC might start getting pretty warm, rightly or wrongly. That's my read on Tepper. I am not at all excited nor am I dreading anything. I just have extremely low expectations so I am just waiting to see what this revision of the roster looks like.  I FEEL like we are better on paper than last season's team but I wouldn't be remotely shocked if we were as bad or worse. Again, I do think this is the 2nd worst roster in franchise history overall. What will really make me happy is for some of the big questions to finally be answered(Bryce, Ikey, Horn, etc). I would like to see a real expansion of our core player pool(basically just D. Brown currently). I want to see a couple of hits in free agency and a couple in the draft. If we accomplish those things, I have faith that we are at least moving in the right direction after many, many years doing the opposite.
    • Considering our depth. Certainly kick the tires.
    • I am not so sure about that. I don't know that he is so soley offensively focused as winning focused. But, not really in a productive way. I get the impression he wants to be like Robert Kraft and take credit for "taking a risk on Bill Belichick" and being successful.  His track record indicates that in the NFL and in his business life.
