Saints have a problem at LT....1st round rookie apparently has turf toe...if it's bad, he could be out for the year.  That's not the kind of injury you need at a position that requires balance.  Hurst was the backup, and apparently he's in a boot.

As we well know, there is no glut of decent LTs out there, so they'll have to move Peat over.

#SaintsNOSaints2022SeasonEmoji.png first round OT Trevor Penning suffered what is believed to be a bad case of turf toe, sources say. He’ll have an MRI to ascertain the damage, but this takes Penning off the field for some time.

Rappaport is reporting a torn ligament. Out indefinitely.

Clown show of an offensive staff and a very limited young QB. Belichick wanted to hang around to prove he could do it without Brady but he's trying to do it without Brady in a very strange manner.

My biggest inner debate right now is whether it was more Brady or McDaniels.

Regardless, Belichick's effort to prove he can win without either of them... doesn't seem to be going very well.

And seriously, Patricia as OC? What the hell?! 😖

Age related cognitive decline is real.

    • That's fair, but I've also never said you can't enjoy a win, there is a big difference between enjoying a win and sticking your head in the sand about our issues, which is what so many who are "just enjoying the win because of how bad we've been lately" are doing. You can enjoy a win while also seeing the realities, and if you're a fan who can just enjoy those wins, more power to you.  But I'd prefer to see improvement over bad wins, and sure, I'd rather see wins and improvement in the same game, but if that's not an option, give me improvement in a loss over frustration in a win. I genuinely don't understand why that's a controversial take, as I'm literally rooting for the thing that will help us contend faster, even if that won't be very fast.
    • Yeah. Pretty obvious there. One thing I saw less of than normal (my perception) is the behind the LOS attempts.
    • The irony here is interesting You say the change won't happen overnight, so you're good with enjoying the wins despite not showing actual improvement. You're right, it's not going to change overnight, which is why so many of us are rooting for seeing improvement right now over bad wins right now, because you have to start somewhere if you ever hope to improve. Winning ugly doesn't help us in the future, but showing improvement would
