I wonder why the 49ers @ Panthers games is on CBS instead of Fox. NFC Teams usually play on Fox.

The entire " exclusive rights" arrangement has changed. No more CBS with AFC and Fox with NFC per say. Someone explained it here on the board very well last season.

Are the TNF games going to be on both NFLN and Amazon or is it Amazon exclusive this year? Will the TNF games be on NFL+?

I'm so confused.

The Thur night game last week wasn't on NFL+, had to watch a bootleg stream. Not sure about NFLN. Amazon has every Thur night game except week 1 and Thanksgiving. Don't see it pulling in very good numbers, no one is going to sign up from Prime just to see TNF

There are over 166 million Prime members in America alone; over 200 million worldwide. I'm sure they'll have no problem puling in an audience.

Some teams stay in a temporary location when they have a stretch like that.

2 of those 3 are home games, which makes the 4pm start even weirder

Gotcha. Didn't notice.

As I understand it, the reason they schedule games with West Coast teams at 4pm is so that their fans can watch at 1pm rather than 10am in their time zone.

Yeah I figured.  I lived in Mountain Time for a few years and I quite enjoyed getting up and watching the Panthers play at 11 AM.
