It isn’t perfect no statistical method is but when you get drubbed the way we did for an entire half and other teams are having success with their young players you can't just blame PFF for something you don't want to hear. Coaching and scheme all have a part but this is a team built on defense and they looked soft too often. But go ahead and poo another post Mr. Rager.

    • I agree!!  A bunch of competition  to boot is a great problem  to have!!
    • Agreed, but it also gives us, based on their performance, a chance to really mix things up.  Add that we increase our DL ability to get after the passer our defense could really be good.
    • Sounds like this rookie class  in heneral has a bunch of hungry and focused guys!! I'll  say this, Thornton before injury,  was putting some really good film on tape. Like he literally  was not much a drop off from Horn. To think Lee and him are our backups and Lee is turning heads. We may have a legit top 5 defense  if all parts get aligned.
