What is your idea of improvement? No one wanted mcadoo, no one wanted to be our oc. Wilks is overrated by this fan base hes garbage. Oline coach was washed up coming in. No one wants to work under david tepper.

Definitely think this is an underrated factor. Beyond the on field issues with the staff, it sounds like there are a ton of riffs in the locker room that’s causing a lot of disfunction.

Agreed, but I think the bigger factor is nobody wants to come in and work for a failed coach who's going to be fired.  The only people interested in the job are not qualified for other positions in the NFL.  They don't have much to lose.

Once the house is cleaned, Tepper keeping Rhule too long can actually play in our favor for attracting the next head coach.  Not every one gets 3 years.

Next weeks home game should be interesting. If fans were booing at the end of the first half last week I expect them to start even sooner if we start off slow again

I think the analogy I'd go with in this case is that it doesn't matter how much you work on the car if you still have a sh-tty driver

Yup. Put Rhule in control of any currently decent team and he'd make them worse.
