Will this franchise ever have an "offense minded" head coach

Watching DaBoll and McDaniel go on to establish themselves as competent HCs in 2 games vs year 3 of the pooshow we have going on here is beyond frustrating.

You haven't established yourself as a good NFL coach after two games, every year there are 2-0 teams that don't make the playoffs and 0-2 teams that do. (and there is no chance of that with the fhule)

Issue is the MccVay and now Shanahan tree is picked clean now.....

For sure I do not want any college coach.

Not hot on any current re-threads either.

About the best hope is some team panics or HC is burnt out of the current surrounding and gets fired. Then teppers open his massive wallet to fix this team....

Again Frank Reich seat has warmth......He saved the panthers before..

It will depend on were we end up drafting... The longer rhule stays the better the chance of a higher pick IMO... If we pick top two I like Stroud over Young but both give me a little hesitation because of were they play.

I know Bigkat said O coach and thats been the trend(plus its working) and all.

My best guess for a HC- Raheem Morris. Been a HC *AND* it was in the NFC south, so he knows whats up.....Coached both sides and had good results. He fixed the rams D with only Darnold, Ramsey, and truck drivers... Hes still "young" and been with Mccvay long enough to learn modern tactics..

I cannot talk draft right now.....just one of my personal deals. But brother, Id be lying if I didnt say i already clicked the draft forum and got much more depressed. Both at myself and the current panther feels....

I wouldn't mind Flores either... It's my opinion that the better available coaches will be defensive...

Panthers are already near the top of the NFL shiit list, hiring Flores would mean more bad ref calls, more fines among other things. I was shocked Tomlin did it, plus I think theres got to a issue with his current lawsuit that would prevent him for being a HC.....I still think the league got some sort of BS rules were they veto this, idk for sure..

    • It is interesting how the games changed over the past 10-15 years. I mainly started watching football in like 2010 or so. I feel like every week there were QBs throwing for 400+, 300 yards was a pedestrian day it felt like. Now even the best qbs dont throw for 300 super often it feels.
    • I dont necessarily disagree just really curious as to why that is?  He either must be a dunce, a bad teammate or must be horrendous in practice because I thought he showed promise at least in his 2nd year
    • Its AI but here goes nothing:   Trevor Lawrence's catchable ball statistics vary by situation, with his highest rate being 74.1%74.1 % 74.1% in a clean pocket and his lowest on deep balls at 41.2%41.2 % 41.2% . However, his pressured and blitzed catchable rates were lower at 39.7%39.7 % 39.7% (31st) and 60.3%60.3 % 60.3% (29th), respectively.  By situation  Clean pocket: 73.2%73.2 % 73.2% catchable pass rate (30th in NFL) Deep ball (20+ air yards): 60%60 % 60% catchable pass rate (10th in NFL in 2024) Pressure: 39.7%39.7 % 39.7% catchable pass rate (31st in NFL) Blitzed: 60.3%60.3 % 60.3% catchable pass rate (29th in NFL) Red zone: 62.5%62.5 % 62.5% catchable pass rate (22nd in NFL)
