Time to tear it down to the studs. Nobody is untouchable on the whole roster. Fire sale and accrue picks and cross your fingers tepper makes a good hire.

The Dolphins approach was interesting. Tear it down, rebuild, and when you're obviously not gonna win/make the playoffs just blitz 100% of the time. fug it, it got the players hyped and kept fans interested until they finally worked out the rest of the kinks. This dropping Burns into coverage/ Baker Mayfield under center 80% of the time/CMC not even a decoy just blocking obvious passing snaps. Give it up already. Zero threat and predictable at the same time. It's like these coaches want to get fired, or aren't afraid of getting fired and are half-assing their jobs, or are just completely inept at what they were hired to do. All are bad. At least the dumbass Broncos HC decided to get an "assistant HC/advisor" to make decisions for him as pathetic as that is

Hmmm...What happened in 2018? 🤔

In fairness the Panthers have ALWAYS been a mediocre franchise. I love this team but it’s no secret that even when we have a magical season like 2015 it is sandwiched by abject failures. Nothing remarkable aside for a few flare-ups of moderate success. Tepper hasn’t exactly been a gem, but the teams problems date far before his tenure as owner.

What has changed is consistent failure as opposed to one step forward two steps back.

We're running backwards. Teppers rebuild needs to be rebuilt, torn down to the studs.
