Everyone wanted him canned as a qb coach here and now he's all the rage for head coach? I don't get it.

Look at what he did with Cam, Look at what he's done with Josh Allen, now Look at what he's done with the entire Bill's offense. Almost every team having success right now has a young, offensive minded coach, or an existing one like Andy Reid.

Give me Dorsey.

Lmao you people kill me. In his time here he was continuously poo on as being a terrible QB coach who was detrimental to the development of Cam Newton. Now he's all of a sudden a great HC candidate?

He was detrimental to Cam? How? Mike Shula was the issue here. Dorsey's time with Josh Allen has proved that.

Allen went from a 52% completion in college to nearly 70% in the NFL and the front runner of the MVP race. The Bill's are scoring what seems like 40 points per game right now.

His time here with Cam was not indicative of him. It was probably more of an indictment on Cam and Shula than anything.

I'm not saying he was or wasn't... I'm merely stating what the popular opinion here at the time was. Ken Dorsey is playing with a ridiculously stacked team so it's hard to say how much is playcalling rather than just having superior talent.

    • Only thing I really see it doing is possibly making Tepper listen if a different play caller can't run the offense because of limitations. New hire, someone who hasn't been watching Bryce for the past 3 years up close may be able to talk some sense if he sees that he isn't able to get the job done.
