I would prefer someone younger. 

The problem i see with Reich is he got outcoached by a guy with only highschool experience.

Fug it. Just go with Scott Turner. He's lived NFL football his entire life. He has connections, so he'll have good input on putting a staff together. He's probably chomping at the bit to get a HC gig. 

 

And he has Panther roots. Which you guys seem to want. So he has that going for him as well.

 

You guys want an Up-and-Comer. Well, there he is. It's a no brainer.

Yeah I have heard that before when we hired all the other guys that we gave a first chance to. I want a proven commodity with head coaching experience.  If we don't have that, then go with Wilkes who has already changed the culture and hopefully keeps winning. Plus he has head coach experience and has literally taken the same team with less talent than Rhule had to start with, and is making them believe in themselves and showing what being a Panther is all about. The history and pride in this franchise.  Something a new guy can't replicate outside of  guys like Reich, Turner and Dorsey who have been here before.

We need to redefine what being a Panther is. That’s where we need to take a different approach with a young innovative offensive coach
