Is my heart broken, yes

but I know had horn played, things would have been different

they absolutely Ned a WR2 and a TE and CB and Dt

Sam was not the problem today

a defense that can’t stop anyone was the problem today

Tampa did us a favor

Lmao are you listening to yourself? If we had an all star at every position and we were healthy then we would have won… smh. You could say the exact same thing about the bucs. This is just dumb. Every team has injuries. Stop with the excuses, we lost, they won. Next.

You, Can go do unnatural things to yourself

how I feel is how I feel.

tampa was crap before today because their 2 offensive tackles had been out most of the year

Vita Vea had injuries too

the panthers   had little depth.  You take away number 13, tell me what Tampa had today

but hey. You are the expert right

People have lost a lot of prospective

this  team fired it’s coach, lost or got rid of most of the coaching staff 8 games in

traded it’s best player

interim coach has a staff and players he didn’t chose

3 castoff QBs

this defense always has issues

as for Tampa  3 of their star players is back today  the defense and the supposed revamped roster line couldn’t handle it

The team over achieved until they couldn’t

Doesn’t matter how you get there… it was do or die and Wilks let two WRs go for over 300 yards. This was his Super Bowl and he poo the bed.

Did he pick those players ?

It doesnt matter if he picked the players, he picked the job because there was jack poo else out there for him.

I really dont want to go with Ron Rivera 2.0 and let Wilks even attempt to build the team. He has only looked decent because he was replacing one of the worst head coaches in NFL history, he is still a bottom of the barrel HC.

The clowns here crying about us losing and missing the playoffs have no freaking clue what Wilks has had to work with this season… the BEST player on the team was traded, he’s working with an OC who wouldn’t have a job anywhere else and a DC who shouldn’t be a DC, plus a starting QB who should be a backup.

Let me know who else in the League could work miracles with this team.

Dude didn’t say a star at every spot, he said if HORN had played we win.

Thank you

some of these people enjoy being miserable

the truth is Rhule should have been let go the end of last year   He wasn’t

Wilks has little to work with

but I guess they want Jesus.  Making water out of wine

Feel the exact same way except I think another edge rusher is the biggest need

    • I look at it like get on top of the situation. Stay ahead of it. If it costs you a year of not drafting a starter at number three WR in the first so be it. We need new blood there in 2027 if not 2026, and need to get some OL on rookie deals.   At the same time the big picture is considered, we have a QB that has yet to earn an extension and you can go glass half full if you want but he had about half the good games that he needed to have. Fewer, IMO, but the point is he is not a lock to earn an extension.    Which would really put next year’s number one in play for QB and take OT off the table. So I think it needs to be on the table this year.
    • Feels like they just changed like 2 years ago.
    • https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-offensive-line-success-why-building-through-the-nfl-draft-is-the-key   Conclusions drawn This article took a deep dive into evaluating recent offensive line trends regarding the draft and free agency while incorporating team success into the equation. Here are the biggest takeaways:   The best offensive lines in football (PHI, DET, TB) were built through the draft in the early rounds Other teams (most notably LAC) are following the same approach in team building Offensive line is something a team should target in the early rounds (1-3), as the success rate significantly declines in the later rounds both in the short and long-term Offensive tackles have a higher success rate through the draft than interior offensive linemen, regardless of round Acquiring free agent offensive line does have its benefits, particularly for elite units filling one hole. Interior offensive is typically the way to go Top-end offensive line talent is far less likely to be available via trade or free agency compared to other positions year to year, only emphasizing the importance of the draft   My words: we were forced to make some big signings on interior after years of poor OL drafting and neglect. It worked but isnt sustainable. We need to get right. Drafting tackles high is a successful formula. We need to start now to have any hope going forward.
