WTF IS GOING ON IN THIS THREAD?

When you start out with a discussion about lasagna (implied vs. meat balls) as a mechanism to determine whether a guy should be hired as head football coach, expect some interesting twists and turns.   Or uninteresting twists and turns.

Name your top 4 red meat dishes. Pretend that cow worshiping aliens just landed on earth and they said they gonna nuke the planet unless you convince them not to with four food plates where red meat/beef is the star of the show

Easy.

Salt crusted ribeye with rosemary butter.

Flat iron steak with a bourbon jus

Slow smoked beef ribs with a dried chili and coffee rub

Med rare filet finished with roasted bone marrow and fat salt

Chicken is what you order when you can't afford better food or your doctor makes you. I will only make exception for good wings, not those drum and flaps BS.

They do make great pets though. What other pet poops eggs?

Do you cook that? Just asking so I know what house to come to for a Panther tailgate.

Every bit of it from scratch. I even buy the whole rib roast and butcher myself. Some small ribeyes and then of course the 48 Oz bone in. I will say the fat salt is an amazing flavor bomb that just makes the whole thing.

There's literally zero chance Harbaugh doesn't follow some weird fringe fad diet. He just seems like that type of guy. He probably eats a carnivore diet or something wild like that.

They'll probably sit around an open fire spit roasting emu legs or something.

    • Appreciate you, brother!  I know it was lengthy, but I felt whoever actually read it would appreciate it.
    • Damn good take, brother.  I think I take that poo personally because (sidebar: I don’t like to use narcissist often because social media has made it a buzzword and diluted the meaning, so when I use it, I don’t take it lightly) I grew up in a home with a raging narcissist, then married a narcissist and just came out of a divorce after a 20 year marriage with her, where afterwards she met and married another narcissist.🤣  And in my dealings with them, over my 41 years on this earth, at times I took great delight in breaking down their arguments point by point and forcing them to either acknowledge their wrongs and take ownership of them or watch them yammer and stammer away when they ran out of lies and excuses.  At various points, that was extremely satisfying, but ultimately, which I’ve realized especially after the last 3 years and going through the divorce and everything, it does NOTHING to them.  It doesn’t affect them one way or another.  For a logical, reasonable, grounded person, you would think calling them in their poo will bring it to their attention when they’re face when nothing but facts and truth and force them to change, but nope.  Not in the slightest.  They just disassociate from the ones who do that and find more people who will validate their behaviors and thinking.  poo pisses me off because they’re so destructive and couldn’t care less so long as their needs are met.
