I'm curious who people's first choice was 🤔

Honestly, I didn't have one at first.  As it went on I thought Reich was probably the best of the bunch from an experience perspective. But I didn't sit in on the interviews with the other's so I was open there for awhile.  I'm comfortable with how it played out so far.

Wouldn’t that be 1.5% Khalifa. Or 1.25?

Yea, Khalifa was my darkhorse, I could agree with that. Along with lowering one of the others not named johnson. My eyes and mind wanted a young HC and had old man river as the backup plan.....No issue with the outcome given I didnt sit in on interviews.

I don’t think you got my joke? I know you meant Kafka. But when I saw Khalifa, Wiz and rolling papers came to mind19BC1D07-943B-4C0A-8FAC-D6E952FBAF69.thumb.png.e3a021c9e71ff479f59fc2ff1e320ddc.png

Well what other choice is there anyway? They are making moves that give us reason to be optimistic. I will try to remain in that frame of mind until they give me a reason not to. Bringing in another retread QB would give me flashbacks of nothing very positive.

I wanted Payton mainly for the credibility he would have brought, a superbowl winner who turned the ain'ts from bottom feeders to regular playoff contenders , say what you will about bountygate

But we would have had to sell our soul to New Orleans , and Payton would have nothing to work with , so it worked out for the best

I get alot more hope from Reich and his staff than I have from any of our coaches in a long time

So yes I am 100% on board
