Plus he left the scene. TBH, it's the Athens police dept. so I doubt they swing too hard on him.

Since he has already had a reckless driving charge, they will probably do a deep dive and see if he has some general maturity issues that could become problematic.

Might scare away some teams, TBD.

If they could prove that he would have been charged with a felony.  Now the DA can always upgrade the charges later of course.  But what it will come down to the credibility of the witnesses in the end. If he fully confessed to everything then I'm not sure why he ran. If he was drunk and caused the crash he's fugged.  If both were drunk and racing he probably gets a large fine and community service for a couple of year's.  His draft stock will plummet because of this. Mostly because he left the scene.

All 5'10" 180 lbs of him

Sure looks like it. He looks like a slot WR/nickelback walking beside a TE.

Anyone downplaying the concerns about his size is kidding themselves. Will it ultimately matter? Only time will tell, but you can GUARANTEE every team is talking a lot about his size (or lack there of to be more accurate) in their evaluations and there's likely considerable heated debate around the league on it.

    • It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.
    • Dude he didnt play in pre season.....  he didnt practice at all with the team until the end of October.    I do agree though.
    • Bryce had a hand in the Miami win but not nearly as large of one as Rico and he also had the extra burden of being a big reason we were in the hole in the first place. If we get a winning season he is definitely back for next year though.
