We have the best QB in the division with the number 1 overall pick..lol

I know, but I'm referring to the round robin in our division:

Dalton coming from Saints to Panthers

Bucs #1 pick Winston with the Saints

Panthers failed QB Mayfield to the Bucs

And our previous QB Heinicke to the Falcons.

Now one NCFS team just needs to sign Matt Ryan for $2.83 million and we'll have a perfect storm.

Something is going on with the TEs and WRs---2 top WRs have signed for about $11m per, and neither is a #1.  Tomorrow will be big--

I can't get Landry out of my mind. He was injured a lot last year, and his 2021 year in Cleveland was marred by injuries.  So is he injury prone, or just ran into some bad luck?  This guy has been a five time pro bowler and had about 5 seasons with over 800 yards...

He would be cheap.

I also want the Panthers to look at JuJu before he returns to KC

I feel like I've seen more free agent activity in the last two days than I have some entire offseasons.

If I recall correctly, we had an offseason under Hurney where we signed one guy.

Hurney and Gentleman were fuging useless the first few days of free agency

    • I know teams have been selling out to stop the run, but Ricos kind of fallen off a cliff.. not sure if hes hurt or just worn down but even when theres a hole he doesnt look anything like he did those few weeks prior.
    • nah, that's basically saying people can't call a spade a spade.  Which is crazy.  89 is not a good dude.  He might have done a couple good things but it will never erase what he has proven to be in front of the world.  I tell my kid all the time not to view celebrity athletes as anything but people that play a sport well.  Lot of garbage humans play on Sunday.   And you have no clue who the good guys actually are.  PR in today's world is also powerful.  There was a window when Deshawn Watson checked every good guy box that could ever existed from the public's perspective.
    • Some folks say it's because teams are playing more shell defenses preventing more longer passes.  The analytics folks would rather you pass for 7 years every down.  As you state, the crop of QBs is mixed as far as quality. I think when you put it all together, it's a recipe for less passing yards.
