That would be a hell of an offer. You would absolutely consider. Of course then you consider the other side. If they want him that badly why not take him yourself and build around him. Someone in this draft is going to miss on the best QB. Just have to hope it isn't us. That's the double edged sword to picking first and why there have been so many busts at the spot the last 12-15 years.

Fitterer has been on record “he’ll answer the phone” for any player on the roster.  But doesn’t mean he’s trading them.

It’s just common sense, doesn’t mean I’m open to selling the water for it’s actual value, or even necessarily a little bit more than it’s value.

I've said before that if such an offer happens, it probably won't be until the day of the draft, maybe even while we're on the clock.

If it happens before, it would probably be really close to the date. I think the day of is much more likely though.
