Scout Team QB?

Have I just missed us adding a QB to the practice squad?

Because we can't be going into the season with Dalton running the scout team, he sure as hell isn't going to get us ready for a mobile QB in Ridder that we'll face week 1.

That's why I was hoping we'd keep Corral on the 53 man roster, so he could be the scout team QB this year which I think he'd be better at than almost any PS option we have out there right now.

Currently there isn't one. I'd think the default option would be Luton, but I'd prefer someone else.

Def need to add someone even if just for emergency purposes.  Ian Book wouldn’t be a bad add.  He’s young, smart, mobile, and well liked.

Wouldn’t mind Book in that type of role. 
 

Luton is big but his arm didn’t look NFL strong to me. He had nice touch on some throws, but I didn’t see much else to his game to make up for that lack of zip.

PJ Walker come on down...or back or whatever you call it. I mean he moves well at least, is probably cheap as anything and wont see the field anyhow so why not run scout teams each week?

I imagine remaining practice squad spot has to go to QB and open roster spot is likely for DL since we only have 5.

He can manage the game well enough should we get into a situation without Bryce and Dalton.

Jacob Eason is floating around out there somewhere. But I imagine if they do that they will just go get Luton instead.
