Is it just me, or does Miles Sanders kinda suck?  Dude looked so damn slow and unexplosive last week...

and that’s Cohen’s speciality.  But it’s a bit of desperate play by Carolina given his recent history.

He reminded me of Chuba last year while Chuba ran like Blackshear in garbage time '22.

Sanders had his best run when BY lined up under center and he hit the hole fast.  Hope they build that into the OGP more.

I thought he played alright. When reviewing the tape he only had one run that he hit the wrong hole. A couple short yardage runs were killed due to us using Laviska as a lead blocker…. Not something we should continue to do. Laviska legit avoided a linebacker on one play and went to the safety instead, hahah. Miles could have had a 10+ yard run if Laviska chose to hit the linebacker… I think I have the video randomly posted in my all-22 requests thread as a “test video”

I don't think we have to hide that we're possibly adding Cohen. He's not the hottest commodity. He's a dart throw.

He just doesnt seem to offer anything more than a guy like Chuba or Blackshear, who make far less money.  IDK.  RB's these days are a dime a dozen.  Unless you have someone truly special like Chubb or CMC it doesnt compute to pay them a lot.

      I see both sides of the arguments, but compared to last year we're somehow at an upgrade over completely fried Dalton and wasn't even good in college Plummer. At least Pickett and Grier probably have some desire to make more money when Dalton was happy to just go through the motions and I will never understand why they even bothered with Plummer.

      After watching Dan for 3 yrs now, I think I understand his plan. It’s a simple plan that should work for the long run.     I saw some of this last yr. Dan wants a vet and a young player at each position. I really think we go OT if one they like there. Moton is aging, Icky will not be back until 27, if ever. We need to get ahead of the tackle problem

      You are just stressing too much about these particular positions. You want to upgrade from Bryce and I understand that but you aren’t going to really get that without getting into a bidding war for a QB2 potential QB1 like Willis. You could possibly trade for Mills or the backup for Chicago but they are still gambles and their teams will won’t decent picks.  Again the Eagles thought KP was a capable enough backup to trade for him once their backup was hurt and won a Super Bowl with him as QB2. The point is most teams aren’t rolling with some stud QB2/3 that is going to push even a bottom tier starter. They are better off the building their roster in other areas. The Rams are rolling with Bennett right now as QB2 for example.  The goal is winning absolutely. We overachieved last year even with stumbling into the playoffs. Another year and this staff needs to take the next step in building a team. Will Grier has little to no impact on that….
