yeah he cleared waivers(career ended) yesterday

Just for the record, you’ve said words like “honest” and “truth” regarding Corral, but outside of clearing waivers, you have stated assumptions, not truth.

No one knows what is going on with Corral. So assuming he is drinking, or that his career is over, although possible, isn’t “truth.”

He is talking about leading up to the draft when MC talked about drinking and mental illness

This team is a failure. And it all points to David Tepper. We were set back several years with the hiring of Rhule. We have an awful GM. A GM who drafts Matt Corral over Sam Howell. One who trades picks for players like Sam Darnold and CJ Henderson. A GM who sucks at drafting and evaluating talent. We gave up the farm just to move up and draft Bryce Young who is honestly most likely a bust because his development will be hindered severely because we rather trade away weapons that can help a rookie QB. Then we bring in a bunch of aging vets who cannot create separation. We hire a coach who is the offensive version of Ron Rivera. A coach with the worst play calling and one who is too stubborn to give up the play calling duties. David Tepper is 0-2 on the coaching hires. His dumbass should have hired Shane Steichen. I guess Tepper is perfectly ok with mediocrity. Hell, we're not even that. We are just plain abysmal and will be for years because of David Tepper. Until Tepper sells the team (which will never happen) enjoy not having a winning season for YEARS.

    • Bill Polian and Bill Lekas on Chalk Talks SiriusXM radio this morning.  Polian needs to retire (again). First he talks about Andy Dalton as our backup and then suggests trading down to get Sadiq. Clueless. At least he brought up the hole losing Ashawn Robinson caused.
    • And you know this how? Stay in your lane, junior. I'm pretty sure I'm a lot older than you, am a whole lot more experienced with life, and have watched football in earnest probably longer than you've been alive. I agree, but I was talking directly about injuries. As far as the economics, I'm assuming that Moton would have to take a pay cut and would probably be compelled to if he wants to stay in Charlotte. He seems like a thoughtful and practical guy. He knows that he's getting older and realizes the nature of the business. Hell, last time there were were questions on whether he would be here the last season. Dan and Brandt were dialing up the pressure. I don't think they're going to go into any type of contractual extension discussions without having a backup plan--i.e., a person that will appear to be Moton's replacement. And, to be honest, that person may be Moton's replacement depending how things go. But, I get the impression that Moton wants to be in Charlotte (unless he's developed some undying desire to chase a championship somewhere else).
    • It would be pretty fun with something like this. 3 on 3 the first 5 minutes, 2 on 2 the next 5 minutes (after a stoppage), then 1 on 1 (after a stoppage) the rest of the way. I just feel like this would be equal parts entertaining and chaos to watch
