Holy fug dude you need to do some research on the rooneys if you are going to use them as an example compared to nicole.  Which rooney do you have a problem with holding a position?

Completely missed the point. I have no problem with the Rooney’s and I’m showing you that other owners also let their family have positions. Sometimes to the good. @frankwcaught on pretty easy.

they worked for them and gained experience, nicole was simply given the role with absolutely no background or work experience

They were given jobs to get experience because of their family.  It's really not that uncommon in the workplace.  Especially when there is no board and the company is owned by one person or family.

Which rooney do you have an issue with?  Because I am seeing them start at the bottom and work their way up.  You know gaining valuable experience.  Nicole was simply given the job and allowed to come and give input on coaches and pro days.   She doesnt need to be there.

I don't have an issue with any of them.  I am using them to show it isn't a big of a deal that Nicole has a position with the team.  Robert Kraft's son Jonathan immediately became VP, Vice Chairman, and now President of the Patriots.

alright how about this.  Its not a big deal for her to work at Tepper sports.  It is however a big deal that she is given input on coach hirings, qb selections and draft day trades.  Would you agree with that statement?

How can you hire a new HC, then trade away the franchise's future to take an undersized and under skilled QB that he didn't even want?

That would just be an utter failure on all accounts, fire Fitterer for taking Bryce and fire Reich for allowing him to take Bryce (if the HC really didn't want him, he could have stopped it and forced our hand to Stroud).

This is the kind of crap Steve Wilks had to deal with in Arizona and subsequently that record was and experience is why many here acted like he was a pariah!

      Yeah I think he's just talking continuity it's not really an endorsement. Also I would think CarolinaHuddle of all places would understand using "we" for the team you follow. I can't STAND when dorks do the "Oh so you play for them then? Hurr hurr"

      Kon is a damn stud but it’s not any individual player’s team. All of the “big 3” are incredibly and equally important IMO. And LaMelo makes Kon way better (look at his shooting splits with LaMelo on the floor vs without. Also Moose and even Miles are important cogs. Honestly think we’re 1 piece away from being legit top contenders if the young guys continue to develop the next year or two. I trust this FO to be patient to find that piece within the next 2-3 years and not force anything. Plenty of time and even without adding anyone we have the pieces in place overall already to compete with any team.

      We lost 2 very close and winnable games against top teams in the league while missing 3 critical players despite 2 of our top 3 players shooting unusually terribly. Still split the 4 games that Moose and Miles were suspended, winning the most important one vs the Hawks. This ain’t yo mama’s Hornets man. Hopefully Coby can go soon but even if not Moose and Miles are huge additions for our starting lineup and bench rotations. Schedule is pretty tough after these next 4 but I think we’ll take care of business the next 4 to get to .500 then finish slightly above .500 after that to get a 7 or 8 seed. Keep it rolling boys. Also Kon is having an insanely historic rookie season as a shooter. Like truly can’t believe my eyes watching this kid level of historic. Man what a fuging home run of a draft pick and exactly what this team needed to take that next step forward. He’s gonna shatter the rookie 3 point and franchise 3 point records. Has a real chance to be the 2nd best 3 point shooter ever or dare I say even get to Curry’s level (as a pure shooter, Curry obviously has way more to his game that has made him a GOAT).
