What should happen IMHO (aside from Tepper selling which would be awesome) is admitting that this front office and "all-star" staff doesn't work and cleaning house top to bottom. They should fire Fitty twice because he's that incompetent of a GM.

If we go 1-16 or 2-15 pretty much everyone should get canned  in my opinion. There's no excuse for this team to do markedly worse than what Matt Rhule managed to cobble together.
