The one thing I've noticed is that nobody seems to want to blame Josh Allen for anything.

I'm not so sure that's the right approach.

I don’t see Brady doing better than Dorsey. The issue is turnovers.

Dorsey is being fired because he took what was a very effective offense and made it worse.

Not only is that not an equivalent situation, but it's also not exactly a ringing endorsement to hire him in an equal or higher role somewhere else.
